My client, a leading brand agency based in Shoreditch, are looking for a Front of House/Studio Manager to provide five star service to clients and visitors and act as the office assistant with administrative tasks.

So here's a description...

You will provide a world-class hosting service for the guests.

We are looking for someone that wants to make everyone feel at home and the Host/Front-of-House/Studio Manager will play a vital part in this by welcoming guests, providing them with a drink and ensuring that meeting refreshments are available if they have been requested.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Receive any delivery of breakfast items, and set up occasional breakfast from 8.30am
* There'll be special breakfasts and food set ups for events/parties/clients
* Make the guests feel comfortable, providing them with refreshments and directing them to any services (facilities/WIFI) that they may require
* Service refreshment requests for meetings
* Complete routine walk-around checks of the spaces and ensuring consumables and kitchenware are in appropriate places
* Clean and replenish coffee machines regularly, and make sure that our cupboards and fridges are refilled and stocked with relevant milk/drinks etc.
* Help set up furniture configurations and open our space for business
* Take delivery of lunch; set it up and clear away

You will also manage the diaries of the 4 founders and any ad hoc administration may be required for the account managers.

Requirements

Key Experience & Knowledge
* Previous experience in a hosting/hospitality role in a creative environment
* Experience in managing and delivering on-site catering services

Personality & Interpersonal Skills
* Strong customer-focus and orientation to setting and upholding high standards
* Organised and methodical in approach to tasks, comfortable with changing priorities to take account of a changing business needs
* Approachable individual with a professional manner
* Meticulous about detail and presentation
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
* Highly collaborative and willing to pitch in where necessary and help out
* Resilient and tenacious - be able to calmly handle last minute requests, and handle multiple tasks at once
* Be calm and flexible with a good sense of humour!
* Self-motivated
