Currently recruiting for a Facilities and Real Estate Service Manager for a leading agriculture company headquartered in Bracknell. This is a new position to support the development of a new function with the business and roll out a project. This opportunity is based in Jealott's Hill looking for an immediate start for an initial period of 6 months with the potential to become permanent.

Duties include:

  • Monitor and maintain the delivery of services by suppliers
  • Manage the activities and services provided to the site by internal employees
  • Oversee all the required services are being delivered to specification ( security, maintenance, cleaning, catering, heating, lighting etc.)
  • Liaising with supplier organisation, business partners, key internal stakeholders and external contracts to support the smith delivery of the local operations.
  • Act as the escalation point for any issues
  • Review the supplier delivery against the KPI's and SLA's for the site.
  • Delivery of projects across the sites

Experience required:

  • Working knowledge of contracts management in relation to the provision of services to the site, including SLA's and KPI's
  • Good knowledge of H&S requirements and how they can best be implemented
  • Experience leading projects and managing change
  • Experience managing 3rd party suppliers

Able to plan and organise work to meet deadlines whilst maintaining some flexibility to manage changing documents
