This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has some experience in an operations team or retail banking back office.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Monitoring Nostro accounts and identifying items that have not been paid
  • Ensuring pending payments are being processed in a timely manner
  • Providing daily investigations support for the EMEA region
  • Processing of MT191 charges
  • Providing front line support to customers and internal employees regarding payments and receipts

Requirements for the role include:

  • Understanding of payment formatting
  • Investigations knowledge
  • Good time management

The key criteria for this role is a positive attitude, keen to learn and is looking to develop their skills within the FX/MM back office.
