An exciting new opportunity has become available within a global investment management organisation for a client services representative.

Duties to include:
* Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to all enquiries from shareholders, dealers, prospective interests, and internal clients. Investigate customer complaints.
* Make telephone calls to shareholders, brokers, dealers, and banks to resolve transactions not in good order. Chase up late settlements or other potentially risky items, and pro-actively contribute to their resolution.
* Monitor time sensitive transactions. Work closely with remote Sales personnel w/out local TA support to ensure that orders are processed according to client expectations.
* Keep abreast of current market conditions, fund and company policies, and all procedural information. Place literature orders upon request of shareholders and dealers. Maintain knowledge of all applicable investment and tax law changes.
* Verify that all queries and client contacts are appropriately logged according to company and FCA specifications. Ensure that the Query Tracker is updated daily thereby generating timely and accurate weekly statistics.
* Provide technical support on web based applications according to the guideline.
* Administration duties, including logging and redirecting all incoming correspondence, producing weekly and monthly reports for both internal and external clients. Archiving documents and fulfilling incoming client literature requests.

Experience:
* Strong customer service experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* General office experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and meet agreed turnaround times.
* Good organizational and decision-making skills.
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail a must.
* Ability to follow instructions and schedules.
* Experience handling investment products, e.g. OEIC, SICAV, Investment Trusts.

This is a temporary role until the summer paying an hourly rate of £15 per hour.
