A new opportunity has become available at an International Bank for Banking Customer Service

Duties to include:

  • Agency banking admin - direct debit and standing order set-up
  • Monthly cheque fee letters, customer billing and statement requests
  • Updating customer bespoke tariffs
  • Set-up and admin around customer pooling schemes
  • System testing
  • Ensuring procedures are up to date and in line with current processes
  • BACs error reports
  • BACS customer quarterly billing
  • Involved in the testing of system enhancements for the Operations Support team

Candidates will have:

  • An understanding of core banking products
  • Experience of UAT
  • An awareness and understanding of cultural and local difference across Europe and worldwide
  • Ability to work to deadlines and adhere to controls
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability/willingness to improve efficiency and enhance effectiveness of processes and procedures
  • Be able to provide Bank Holiday support/weekend working for European business dates and system releases
