Peter Ritchie - LMA Hong Kong
Having built and developed HR services and Recruitment firms over the last 17 years
Peter has joined LMA to lead the Hong Kong business as Regional Director
He has a wealth of experience in the Hong Kong Financial Services markets having
been based in Asia since 2000
Peter has developed an enviable network of contacts within the Industry and throughout
his career he has prided himself on building strong relationships, and having an
in-depth understanding of both client and candidate requirements.
Anaken Lai - LMA Hong Kong
Anaken has more than six years of experience as a search professional
in Asia Pacific, in particular in Greater China and he has successfully recruited
individuals to fill senior general management, operations, and functional roles
in the banking and finance sectors such as Head of Investment Counsellor, Treasury
& Structured Products Specialists and Chief Actuaries. Earlier he was tenured
with a US retained executive search firm and an Australian contingency recruitment
firm. Most recently, Anaken worked for HSBC and led the recruitment function for
the retail banking and wealth management in Hong Kong.
Anaken received his MA (Hon) Degree from the University of St. Andrews, United Kingdom
and he is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Kathryn Clarke - LMA Hong Kong
Kathryn is an enthusiastic recruiter
and has more than eight years experience recruiting across all levels of business
in a diverse range of industry sectors in Hong Kong. Her current focus is on human
resources roles including HRBP, global mobility, learning & development, reward,
compensation and benefits, and diversity.
Kathryn is a qualified HR professional and has worked previously with Goldman Sachs
and Deutsche Bank.
