Candidate screening
Our current policy is to ensure that candidates are fully referenced for a period of 5 years, taking personal references for any time spent travelling or not in employment.
In addition we can also provide the following:
- Credit Checks
- Address verification
- Educational qualifications
- Professional qualifications
- Company directorships
As part of our obligations under the Employment Agencies Act 2003, we also take copies of photo ID (preferably a passport) and check and retain copies of any relevant visas.
