Lizzie Wylie – Director
As Manager of the Office Support division at LMA, Lizzie has over 14 years of experience recruiting temporary and permanent secretarial support staff within finance and banking and has continually maintained major PSL’s throughout her career. She prides herself on providing an excellence of service that complements both client and candidate alike.
Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Lizzie has worked for a leading accountancy firm.
Lynne Glanville – Manager – Temporary Office Support
Lynne has 15 years experience recruiting temporary and permanent personnel within the banking industry. Clients have remained loyal to Lynne during her career which is testament to her desire to offer a professional and personal service.
Prior to recruitment Lynne spent several years working for an investment management company.
Sue Mollison - Senior Consultant – Temporary Office Support
Sue has over 7 years experience of providing office support staff within the Banking and Finance sector. Passionate about her role, she prides herself on listening to her candidates requirements and matching them to career enhancing and dynamic positions, whilst supporting her prestigious clientbase and maintaining her impeccable reputation.
Prior to working in the recruitment industry, Sue worked within a sales support role in IT.
Mary Marcus - Consultant - Permanent Secretarial Division
Mary has over 16 years experience in recruiting permanent and temporary office support staff for major blue chip companies. Having worked for large and specialist agencies, Mary's successes to date have been based on excellent working relationships with both clients and candidates.
Jenny Hamilton – Consultant
Jenny has several years of experience in recruiting office support professionals within a range of industry sectors, both corporate and creative. She has an extensive network of loyal clients and candidates, particularly within the energy sector, and prides herself of the level of service that she offers. From senior executive assistants to temporary reception cover, Jenny has a real talent for understanding a company and its culture in order to produce candidates who are a perfect fit.
Hannah Chaplin - Consultant
After leaving University Hannah started her career as resourcer at Office Angels. It was here that she discovered her passion for recruitment and was soon promoted to a consultant. She then moved to work in London for Hays and then Love Success which is a boutique secretarial consultancy. Throughout her career she continued to specialise in secretarial and office support recruitment and has built up long standing relationships with both clients and candidates.
Hannah works with organisations across a variety of sectors filling secretarial vacancies on a permanent and temporary basis. She prides herself on her enthusiasm and passion to provide both clients and candidates with the best service possible.
Olivia Heffer - Resourcer
As resourcer at LMA Recruitment, Olivia provides an excellent service, researching and sourcing and interviewing candidates. She is incredibly successful at finding super individuals and takes immense pride in her work. A real team player, Olivia is in the early stages of her working career and really enjoys working in financial services. She is committed to the recruitment industry and is planning a long career in this field, as she enjoys every aspect of the role.
Sarah Grey - Consultant
Sarah works with a diverse client base, including both corporate and creative clients and she prides herself on truly understanding her clients and candidates requirements to ensure the perfect match. Sarah has worked in office support staffing for a number of years and has a built a network of strong relationships. She is a dedicated and passionate recruiter who strives to deliver high calibre candidates, even on a short time frame.
Sophie Stephens - Resourcer
We are proud to welcome Sophie as the latest addition to our secretarial team and as a resourcer at LMA, she supports the division with researching and sourcing candidates.
Sophie is delighted to join LMA in her first recruitment role and she comes from a family of successful recruiters and is very much enjoying following in the family tradition.
She is committed to the recruitment industry and her team.
Grace James - Resourcer – Temporary Office Support
Grace joined the secretarial team as a resourcer at LMA in January 2015, she supports the division with researching and sourcing
candidates. Grace graduated from The University of Manchester in July 2014 with a degree in Philosophy and Politics. Prior to joining LMA Grace also successfully completed the 3 month Quest Professional graduate course. This will be Grace’s first job in recruitment however she is thoroughly enjoying her time here and hopes to enjoy a successful career at LMA.
Annie Knight– Temporaries Administrator
Annie joined LMA in October 2013, covering Liz Tonkin's whilst on maternity leave. She is an experienced administrator who supports the temp consultants. Annie has worked in a recruitment environment since 2001 and has a strong knowledge of temping and payroll.
She is always on hand to answer questions about timesheets, payroll, holiday-pay, work permits etc. and she can offer advice about temping to both candidates and clients.
