Gregg Allan - Associate Director - Banking & Asset Management
Gregg joined LMA in 2008 as the Manager of Banking and Asset Management. He previously worked for one of the leading finance recruitment agencies, where he developed the divisions largest PSL’s. He was also the Manager of a large and successful team within the division for a number of years. Throughout his career he has prided himself on building strong relationships, and having an in-depth understanding of both client and candidate requirements.

Richard Dyson – Senior Consultant
Over fifteen years recruitment experience within the UK financial services market, the last seven years within risk management. He specialises in risk roles across credit, market and operational risk for buy and sell –side firms. His experience covers search & selection and contingent recruitment. He has a number of key relationships with Chief Risk Officers in the London market and has been successful in building key risk management divisions for boutique to mid - sized banks. He is very professional in his approach and highly knowledgeable about his market. .
