Gregg Allan - Director - Banking & Asset Management
Gregg joined LMA in 2008 as the Manager of Banking and Asset Management. He previously worked for one of the leading finance recruitment agencies, where he developed the divisions largest PSL’s. He was also the Manager of a large and successful team within the division for a number of years. Throughout his career he has prided himself on building strong relationships, and having an in-depth understanding of both client and candidate requirements.

Kim has spent nearly 20 years recruiting temporary staff for the investment banking industry. Kim joined LMA in 1999 and prior to this spent a number of years at another leading City recruiter. Simon has over 14 years banking industry experience, 8 years of which have been working within the Financial Sector for Global Financial Institutions, the last 6 years recruiting within Front, Middle & Back office. < Liz Tonkin – Temporaries Administrator
Liz Tonkin is an experienced administrator who supports the temp consultants. Liz has worked in the City since 1999, after moving from her native New Zealand. A former LMA temp herself, Liz is very familiar with the day to day basics of temping.
She is always on hand to answer questions about timesheets, payroll, holiday pay, work permits etc and she can offer advice about temping to both candidates and clients.
