Our history
Backed by the Empresaria Group, LMA was established in March 1999 and over the last 10 years has developed strong brand recognition within the marketplace as the recruiter of choice for many leading blue chip organisations in London.
In May 2005, Russell Thompson joined as Managing Director with a blueprint to drive the business forward and achieve ambitious growth, whilst maintaining the excellence of service that has become synonymous with LMA.
Since then LMA Recruitment has achieved dramatic year on year growth.
LMA Recruitment is now split in to 5 specialist divisions:
- Banking & Asset Management
- Secretarial
- Human Resources
- Risk, Compliance & Audit
- Energy & Commodities
In November 2010, LMA have opened their first international office in Singapore. Their second international office was opened in Hong Kong in January 2012.
