Jamie Gripton – General Manager – Asia Pacific
Jamie joined LMA in September 2010 to set up our Asia Pacific operations. He was previously the Managing Director of a boutique search firm in London where he placed senior level professionals into the Financial Services industry. Jamie has a wealth of experience across APAC having managed a team of recruiters for a successful recruitment firm in Australia and worked with some of the most successful banking and finance companies on large scale projects as a preferred supplier. His approach to business is centred on people, and he believes that securing the right talent and then retaining and rewarding them is the route to success. He prides himself on being straight talking and giving honest feedback at all stages of the process.
