Prior to LMA, Russell was MD of another leading London based financial recruitment business and has also worked as an Investment Banker and Accountant.

Gregg Allan - Director
Gregg joined LMA in 2008 as the Manager of Banking and Asset Management. He previously worked for one of the leading finance recruitment agencies, where he developed the divisions largest PSL’s. He was also the Manager of a large and successful team within the division for a number of years. Throughout his career he has prided himself on building strong relationships, and having an in-depth understanding of both client and candidate requirements.

Lizzie Wylie – Associate Director
As Manager of the Office Support division at LMA, Lizzie has over 15 years of experience recruiting temporary and permanent secretarial support staff within finance and banking and has continually maintained major PSL’s throughout her career. She prides herself on providing an excellence of service that compliments both client and candidate alike.
Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Lizzie has worked for a leading accountancy firm.

Robert Clark – Manager - Human Resources
With a degree in Cultural Studies and Sociology Robert worked for BT and Vodafone before joining Direct Line Insurance on the graduate program.
Moving into Human Resource recruitment in 2002, Robert has accumulated 8+ years experience in the recruitment of HR professionals into UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific markets.
Having built and developed HR Practices within previous global recruitment businesses, Robert joined LMA in 2010. Our focus is on long term relationship management and offering a professional and knowledgably support to our candidates and clients in the HR space.
He has responsibility for recruiting HR professionals at all levels including HR Director, experts in Talent, Reward & Recognition, Organisation Development & Learning and Employee Relations.
Previous assignments include Group level and Divisional level generalist and specialist roles with FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and SME organisations.

Natasha Devonport – Office Manager
Natasha joined LMA in March 2010, prior to this she has worked continuously in the recruitment industry for over 22 years
Natasha is responsible for operational functions which including dealing with suppliers, IT and overseeing the smooth daily running of our fast expanding business.
